Position Overview:
This is a hybrid role. We are seeking a Container Export Documentation Specialist / hands-on Warehouse Manager who can lead operations, manage staff, and interact directly with customers. This is not a basic warehouse role—we need someone smart, organized, and computer-savvy who can handle both physical and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including vehicle receiving and container loading.
- Operate and supervise forklift activities.
- Manage and train warehouse staff for efficiency and safety.
- Communicate with customers about pricing, rates, and service details.
- Perform mid-level computer tasks: data entry, inventory tracking, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and company standards.
Requirements:
- Full-time, on-site only (no remote or hybrid exceptions).
- Proven experience in warehouse management or freight forwarding/NVOCC industry preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency (beyond basic typing—Excel, inventory systems, documentation).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a hands-on environment and operate forklifts.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

- No experience managing staff or interacting with customers.
